Melted Cheese & Bacon Potatoes

Don’t even get us started on how much we absolutely love potatoes melted with cheese, mmm, just pure perfection. But, that’s not the only thing were learning how to make in today’s recipe! We’re going to be added onto these cheesy potatoes something everyone loves, bacon! We can just taste the potatoes along with that crunchy bacon in our mouth already. Let us just say that when we call this one a real easy and simple recipe, we mean it! You will be shocked when you hear how little ingredients, time, and effort it takes to make these.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. of small red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup of Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup of real bacon bits

Start off this delicious recipe by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grab a bowl and begin to combine your shredded Cheddar Cheese, your Ranch dressing, and your bacon bits. Once done, make sure to cut your potatoes into cube shape and toss carefully into the bowl to ensure your potatoes are fully covered with the ingredients. Don’t mash the potatoes. We want them to retain their form. Grab a large baking dish and make sure it is greased with cooking spray. Carefully spoon in your potatoes, spreading them out amongst the baking dish. Use a sheet of aluminum foil to cover your potatoes with and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Once the 40 minutes have passed, uncover your potatoes and allow cooking for about 15 more minutes. When finished cooking remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley for seasoning, serve and enjoy!
