How to Make Delicious Stir Fried Rice

Stir fry is one of the best ways to incorporate lots of veggies into your diet. Whether you’re making rice, noodles, or just plain veggies with some chicken, the delicious flavor of soy sauce and all those veggies mixed together create the most amazing meal. If you’re wondering how to make the perfect stir fried rice, look no further than this recipe! You will need:

1 cup of boiled and cooled rice
½ chopped green bell pepper
1 egg
1 chopped red onion (medium sized)
¼ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup chopped mushrooms
½ cup of chicken already cooked and shredded
2 cups of chicken stalk
2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oil
Salt to taste

Boil your rice in two cups of chicken stalk. The stalk will ensure that there’s lots of flavor in your rice and will keep it from tasting bland. Once the rice has boiled, set it aside and let it cool. If you add hot rice to your stir fry it will break into pieces and get ruined. Let your rice cool for at least a half an hour after it has cooked.

For the chicken, just boil a few pieces in plain water on high heat until it has cooked completely. Once it has been cooked, let it cool and shred it into pieces.

Next, in a walk, heat your oil on full heat. It is important to make sure that the oil is hot, otherwise the veggies will get mushy. Once the oil is very hot, add in your egg and scramble it quickly. After the egg has completely scrambled add in all of the veggies and chicken and fry. Make sure the turn the veggies frequently and quickly to keep them from burning. Don’t cook them for so long that they get soft, because stir fry tastes best when the veggies are still crisp. After they’ve fried for a few minutes, add the rice and mix in with the veggies.

Once everything has been mixed, add in your soy sauce and continue to fry on high heat until all of the ingredients have been mixed together well. Remember that soy sauce and chicken stalk both contain a lot of salt so you don’t have to add much when you’re frying. You can taste the rice and see if it needs salt. If you feel it does, then make sure to add some!

Your tasty stir fried rice is ready to be eaten up!
