1 cup of boiled and cooled rice
½ chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped red onion (medium sized)
¼ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup chopped mushrooms
½ cup of chicken already cooked and shredded
2 cups of chicken stalk
2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oil

Boil your rice in two cups of chicken stalk. The stalk will ensure that there’s lots of flavor in your rice and will keep it from tasting bland. Once the rice has boiled, set it aside and let it cool. If you add hot rice to your stir fry it will break into pieces and get ruined. Let your rice cool for at least a half an hour after it has cooked.
